How verification works
Server owners publish a verification page. Members complete the security step and authorize with Discord before access is granted.
Verification flow
- Open the verification pageThe member starts from the server owner's RyphexGuard verification URL.
- Complete required checksConfigured anti-abuse checks run before Discord authorization.
- Authorize with DiscordDiscord confirms the member's identity and approved scopes.
- Assign accessThe connected bot can assign the configured verified role after a successful result.
Verification result
RyphexGuard stores the minimum records needed for the selected workflow, such as Discord ID, username, verification date, server ID and permitted recovery authorization when enabled.
Role assignment
If configured, the server bot assigns the verified role only after Discord authorization succeeds and the required server permissions are available.
Member transparency
Server owners should explain why verification is required, what the workflow does and where members can find the privacy policy.
