Separate from core recovery
Verification, backups and owner-controlled recovery are the core protection product. Marketplace listings, purchases, seller earnings and delivery are a separate commercial workflow.
Marketplace is a separate product area with separate risks.
RyphexGuard does not use Marketplace activity as proof that its backup/recovery product is secure. This page explains the Marketplace boundary, delivery rules and limitations without presenting member delivery as an endorsement by any individual member.
Target-server validation
Orders should validate the buyer target guild, connected bot and required permissions before delivery. The seller/source guild cannot be used as the buyer target for the same order.
Payment & settlement
Order payment state is tracked separately from member delivery. Seller settlement should depend on delivered-member results rather than treating an unpaid or undelivered order as completed earnings.
Delivery limitations
Delivery depends on valid authorization, Discord API availability, target-server access and individual member eligibility. RyphexGuard cannot guarantee that every stored record will remain joinable forever.
Abuse & disputes
Users can report Marketplace problems through support. Order, refund, seller and payout rules are documented in the Refund Policy, Seller Agreement and Marketplace docs.
No fake quality claims
RyphexGuard should not call Marketplace inventory “guaranteed active,” “guaranteed engaged,” or otherwise imply behavior that the platform cannot verify.
