Transparency for Discord server owners.
RyphexGuard asks users and server owners for sensitive Discord permissions, so this page explains what is collected, why it is used, and how users can remove their data.

What we collect
RyphexGuard may store Discord IDs, usernames, avatars, server IDs, role IDs, verification timestamps, server settings, order records and member recovery authorization data needed to provide verification, backups and marketplace delivery.

What we do not show
RyphexGuard does not show IP addresses or location fields in the customer dashboard. Marketplace and member pages should focus on Discord identity, verification date and contact email only where needed for support.

OAuth permission clarity
Discord OAuth permissions are used for account identity, verification, and member restoration when a user has authorized it. RyphexGuard does not ask users to share their Discord password.

Server owner controls
Server owners can delete servers from the dashboard, which disables the public verification page and hides marketplace listings connected to that server.

Data deletion
Users and server owners can request deletion through the contact page. We recommend keeping only data required for verification, security, payment records, legal records and active recovery workflows.

Security basics
Access should be limited by team permissions. Sensitive tokens should never be shown publicly, and bot/API secrets should be kept in environment variables.
For members
- You authorize through Discord, not by giving RyphexGuard your Discord password.
- The server owner can see your Discord identity and contact email where needed.
- You can ask for data removal if you no longer want your authorization stored.
For server owners
- Explain verification clearly to your community before using recovery features.
- Use only the permissions you need.
- Keep a visible support contact for your members.
