Marketplace member orders

Marketplace orders are fulfilled from seller-provided verified member pools. If fewer members are delivered than ordered, RyphexGuard can credit the missing delivered value back to the buyer balance according to the order result.

Credits and LTC payments

Credits and Litecoin payments are used for marketplace orders. Blockchain payments may take time to confirm. Once a payment is detected and an order is fulfilled, refunds are normally handled as platform balance for the undelivered portion.

Subscriptions

Premium and Plus subscriptions are separate from marketplace purchases. Subscription refunds depend on billing status, abuse checks and payment processor rules.

Abuse and fraud

Orders connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, fake delivery attempts or policy violations may be limited, reviewed or denied.
