Last updated: 2026-08-21. RyphexGuard is designed for Discord verification, backups, authorized member recovery and a separate Marketplace workflow. This policy explains the data used by those features and the limits of customer visibility.
Depending on the feature you use: Discord user ID, username, avatar, email when authorized or entered, server IDs, role IDs, verification timestamps, team-invite data, bot/server configuration, backup metadata, Marketplace orders and payment references, delivery logs, support messages and account-security records.
Members authorize on Discord. RyphexGuard may request identify, email and guilds.join depending on the workflow. Recovery authorization can be stored so an eligible previously-authorized member may be restored later through Discord's API. See OAuth & bot permissions.
Customer dashboard and backup-export workflows are not designed to expose raw OAuth access/refresh secrets. RyphexGuard also does not present raw IP addresses or location as a normal customer member-tracking feature. Server owners receive the information needed for enabled verification, recovery and support workflows.
Data is used to authenticate accounts, verify Discord members, assign configured roles, maintain backups, perform authorized recovery, validate server/bot ownership, process Marketplace orders/payments, calculate seller settlement, provide support, prevent abuse and operate the platform.
Features can rely on Discord, the configured application hosting/email providers, Stripe when card billing is enabled, NOWPayments when crypto processing is enabled, and Litecoin network/explorer providers for direct LTC verification. A provider is relevant only when the related feature is used/configured.
RyphexGuard does not currently publish one universal retention duration for every record type. Operational records can be retained while needed for the enabled service; payment/dispute/security records may need to remain longer for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. This policy does not invent a fixed deletion deadline that the product cannot consistently guarantee.
RyphexGuard account deletion is available through account controls/support where applicable. Discord users can revoke app authorization through their Discord Authorized Apps settings. Some payment, dispute or security records may be retained when required for legitimate operational/legal reasons.
Marketplace buying/selling is a separate commercial workflow from core verification/backups. Technical eligibility for a Discord API join does not mean an individual member endorses a specific buyer server. Read Marketplace Safety for the separate rules and limitations.
