RyphexGuard is designed for Discord server verification, backups, member recovery and marketplace workflows. This policy explains the data used to provide those features.

Data we may collect

Discord user ID, username, avatar, email when authorized or entered, server IDs, role IDs, verification timestamps, team invite data, order/payment records, delivery logs and server settings.

Data we do not show in the dashboard

RyphexGuard does not show IP Address or Location fields in the normal customer dashboard. The member table should focus on Discord identity, verification date and Gmail/contact email where needed for server-owner support.

Discord OAuth

Members authorize through Discord. RyphexGuard may request identify, email and guilds.join depending on the feature. See OAuth Permissions for a clear explanation.

How data is used

Data is used to verify members, assign roles, maintain server backups, process marketplace orders, track delivery, support account access and protect the platform from abuse.

Member recovery authorization

If member recovery is enabled, OAuth authorization data may be stored to allow authorized member restoration later. Users can revoke Discord authorization from their Discord account settings.

Data deletion

Users and server owners can request deletion through Contact. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment records, dispute handling or legal obligations.
